Can I change or cancel my order?

No, this is unfortunately not possible. To ensure a fast delivery, we will send your order directly to our warehouse for packing and distribution.

Is there a minimum purchase amount?

No, there is not a minimum purchase amount.

Why have I not received any order confirmation?

Please allow us 24-48 hours for processing.  You will receive a confirmation within that time frame.  If not, please contact Customer Service.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, you may exchange an item, but the item must still be in “new” condition and cannot contain any wear and tear.

What to do if I receive a faulty/incorrect item?

We hand package all of our items.  All product is reviewed by our Quality Control team before it is shipped out.  If you find any faulty or incorrect items, please notify Customer Service.

What is your Return Policy?

You have up to 7 days for a full return.  Product must still be in “new” condition and free from any wear and tear.  Please contact Customer Service if you have a return.
